We reconfigured each space by purchasing three adjacent apartments and portions of the common building areas to achieve optimal layouts. Situated in the lower levels of a pair of six-storey buildings in Chelsea, we adeptly navigated the evolving needs of local and international freeholders. Robust soundproofing and thermal insulation were implemented throughout, along with upgrades to utility services. The building was extended into the garden, with new landscaping introduced at the front and rear to enhance both aesthetic and functional appeal.
